There are nearly 50 different positions on the site. They allow employees to develop in their main field of expertise based on their aptitude and motivation. With the buoyant semiconductor market, employees can also move towards new expertise, offering promising professional opportunities.

These job opportunities break down into four main categories: manufacturing, maintenance, engineering and support functions.


 Manufacturing

Production: To manufacture components, achieving volume, serviceability and quality targets in line with the customers' expectations.

Testing and finishing: To validate the components' electrical functionality, providing electrical feedback data to improve the manufacturing process.


 Maintenance

To install and service the manufacturing equipment, to improve and optimize the tool functionality and on line availability (production equipment up time), to define and manage contracts with equipment vendors.

 Engineering

To introduce new technologies and products in manufacturing, to adapt processes, and identify product failure modes in order to improve yield and quality, to provide the manufacturing team with technical and education support, to reduce product cost and cycle time.

 Support functions

Supports to manufacturing: To plan future programs, tool capacity planning, system quality improvement, supply chain management.

Infrastructures: Purchasing, Information technology, facilities, finance, safety and security, environmental affairs, human resources, marketing and communication.
