The Altis quality approach is based on two basic principles:
- ensuring customers the quality of products delivered by guaranteeing their compliance with requirements,
- guaranteeing an appropriate quality system that is properly implemented.
The Quality department must define procedures based on standards and the business plan and mobilize and unite teams in the quality approach. This department also acts as a link between the operations of Altis and the strategy necessary to develop an ambitious company.
The department comprises two groups:
The Product quality group

The System quality group

| This Quality approach is applied by quality coordinators. Each organization identifies its quality coordinator whose main responsibilities include providing information and quality directives within the organization, managing the unit's corrective and preventive measures with the support of the Quality management team and assisting the unit in updating general quality procedures that are specific to the unit. |
